Filter material selection:

Glass fiber filter paper: high temperature resistant (≤350℃), chemically inert, suitable for sterilization environment or industrial high temperature scene;

Electret polyester fiber: electrostatic adsorption enhances submicron particle capture ability (MPPS efficiency ≥99.99%), and lower initial pressure difference.

Strengthened sealing and support

Aluminum partition: wavy aluminum foil separates pleats to prevent filter material collapse and withstand high wind speed (≤3.5m/s);

No silicone seal: polyurethane edge sealing or hot melt welding to ensure zero leakage (leakage rate ≤0.005%), in line with ISO 14644-1 clean room standards.
